I strongly recommend Computer Problem Solutions. Twice recently I contacted then, first with a desk top/internet problems and secondly with a T.V. connectivity issue. On both occasions Neil arrived within the day and the problems were sorted quickly and efficiently; new kit being involved in the first case. I felt confident I was in a safe and very knowledgeable pair of hands. Neil was there on the phone to deal with a follow up question as well.

Neil at Computer Problem Solutions Ltd is a vital part of our small business.
It is imperative that if we have any computer issues the errors are dealt with quickly so we can respond to our own customers in a timely manner.
We have dealt with Neil for approximately 4 years and recently I had an issue with the Windows 10 upgrade.
Neil arrived the same morning and within the hour my PC was up and running again so I could get back to my work accordingly.

I decided that it would be preferable to have a new pc built by a local company rather than purchase one from the big names. From previous experience I knew that by doing so it is much easier to get problems or issues sorted with the added benefit of helpful advice if needed.I also required everything on my old pc (Windows XP professional) to be transferred to the new pc, together with the installation of Win8.1 and Office 2013. From my first enquiry to the completed job I experienced a very fast, extremely efficient and courteous service. I was impressed not only by the speed at which the engineer worked but also by the fact that not one moment was wasted on idle chat or unnecessary work. For example, I was asked if I would be happy reloading certain programs. Without that option the cost of the installation could subtlety have been increased. Another thing that impressed me was the fact that I was not talked down to – I felt I could ask the stupidest question and still be treated with respect. In summary – the engineer certainly ‘knew his stuff’ had an excellent ‘bedside manner’ and left me with a feeling of great confidence in Computer Problems Solutions Ltd. Some additional work that I requested was followed up a week later in the same industrious manner.
